CTX Week 1

Week 1 of Contextual Studies. We didn't do much this week but we were briefed on what we will be doing this semester. It sounded interesting at first, but as time passed and no matter how hard I tried to stay focused, I zoned out half way through the class.

I was brought back to reality when I heard our first assignment - writing an essay about any movie that has an art movement. We were given options with art movements. Either Neorealism, Surrealism, Kitsch, French new wave, Dadaism, Expressionism and modernism.

Without hesitation, I instantly decieded on surrealism but I have yet to choose the movie.

I hope this assignment goes by well...
