It was taken at Taylors and it reminded me of the forest, hence the trees and the 'river'. The thing I like about this picture is the way how the thin trees are dark which brings out the rocks in the background.

I took this picture of a sunset when I was going back to Taylors. I darknened the buildings underneath so I could bring out the bright sunset. The structure of the clouds from the light created a strange yet appealing image which is one of the reasons I appreciate this picture.

This is a festive image taken from the mall. There were a lot of bright lights decorated everywhere, one reason why I choose this.

It was a gloomy day when I took this picture from my window in U-residence. The day I first arrived at Taylors, It began to rain. The blue sky somehow reveals my emotions beacuse I felt 'blue' on that day since the holiday was over.

My last picture is once again a sunset. I woke up early morning and patiently waited to take this picture. The underlying colours of yellow and blue as the sun rises creates a strong structure for the image. I tried to capture Klcc in the picture beside the sun. I find that the different shapes of the clouds brings out the best of the image.

A black and white photo I found pleasant. The bridge looks never-ending as the picture gets blurry at the end, which makes the bridge appear long.

This picture is sunless and cheerless. To me, it reminds me of a funeral where everything is dull in colour. The windy weather blowing away the umbrellas, the woman standing near the cliff, to me it looks like the woman is about to commit suicide. It's a 'dark' picture yet it is intriguing.

The next picture is a sunset, a bright and radiant picture. The sky looks as if it were flashed forward, mixing the colours pink, yellow and blue. The water reflecting the sky and mirrors the white buildings, yet the image was brought to life by the captivating colours of the sky.

This picture of the beach is one of my favourites. The strange form and shape of the waves is the reason why I find this interesting. The sun creates dark shadows underneath the waves as well as the different colours of yellow and blue in the sky.

This is the last picture, my personal favourite. The reason this is my favourite is because of the strong formation of the image. I like the colours and shades of grey and the flashing red in the centre, which is the positive space. If this photo was made in black and white, it wouldnt have as much contrast as it does between the red and the grey.
